Pradip is an experienced investment banker within the technology, media and telecommunications sector. He is responsible for a wide range of advisory work and has managed over 50 assignments at Regent in the areas of acquisition, divestment and sale of businesses, funding, valuation and strategy consulting. Since joining Regent in 2000 he has completed numerous assignments including the recent divestment of Altimate (enterprise systems distributor), from DCC Plc, to Arrow Electronics Inc, the sale of PSCAL (financial management software) to Civica, sale of Codework (security distributor) to Altimate Group, divestment of IQ-Sys (virtualization and network management provider), from QA, to SCHd, sale of Talisman Software SA (IT resourcing) to Vedior, acquisition of Logan Orviss International (telecoms consulting services) on behalf of Patni Computer Systems Ltd, sale of Centia and AKS, (pan-European distributors of network infrastructure products) to DNSint.com AG, and sale of Data Technology Group Plc (IT services) to Innovise Plc.
Prior to joining Regent, Pradip served as chief financial officer within a number of large European and US multinational IT corporations, generally with financial responsibility for operations throughout Europe. He has worked for EDS, International Data Corporation, Science Applications International Corporation and Equant Integration Services.
Pradip is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
